Elastomeric Bridge Bearing

Elastomeric Bridge Bearing

We SCON INFRASTRUCTURE are Leading Manufacturers, Suppliers, Providers, Contractors and Services of Elastomeric Bridge Bearing. Elastomeric Bearings are made up of one or more interior layers of elastomer attached to internal steel laminates that are formed as a single unit in a mold and vulcanized under heat and pressure to allow for translation or rotation of the superstructure. In order to have a low crystallization rate and appropriate shelf life, the raw elastomer utilized in Bearings is poly-Chloroprene, any of the following brands: Neoprene W&WRT, Bayprene 110 & 210, Skyprene B5 & B30, Denka S40V & M40. The Poly Chloroprene concentration in the Bearing must not be less than 60%, and the ash level must be less than 5%.

Elastomeric bridge bearings are a type of contemporary bridge bearing that is widely utilized. Bridge bearing pads, neoprene bridge bearings, laminated elastomeric bearings, and seismic isolators are all interchangeably referred to as bridge bearing pads in the construction business. The internal structure is made up of a sandwich of mild steel shims and rubber that has been molded together as a single unit. Vertical load compresses elastomeric bearing pads, which also support horizontal rotation and give lateral shear movement. In the construction of big span bridges and structures, elastomeric bearing pads are the most cost-effective alternative. We SCON INFRASTRUCTURE are deeply engaged in offering a wide array of Elastomeric bridge bearing to our valuable Clients located in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and all over India.

PT Slab Cutting Service

PT Slab Cutting Service We  SCON INFRASTRUCTURE  are Leading Manufacturers, Suppliers, Providers, Contractors, and Services of  PT Slab Cutting Service . On the ground, PT slabs may be laid out and stamped exactly like any other concrete slab. Surfaces can be stained or covered in a variety of ways. The one thing to keep in mind is that cutting or drilling into post-tensioned concrete slabs is extremely difficult to restore once a tendon has been severed. What is the advantage of a post-tension slab, one would wonder? Strength. Post-tensioned concrete is more durable and adaptable than steel-reinforced concrete. According to the Concrete Network, post-tensioning reduces shrinkage cracking while concrete cures and keeps any fractures that do form together. Most PT applications are very typical in the absence of any extra information. A 4's field (the entire inner region) "Tendons are found at or below the midpoint of the slab. You'll be safe if you drill no more tha...

Architectural Expansion Joints

Architectural Expansion Joints We  SCON INFRASTRUCTURE   are Leading Manufacturers, Suppliers, Providers, Contractors, and Services of  Architectural Expansion Joints . An expansion joint is a mid-structure separation in building construction that is meant to alleviate stress on building materials produced by building movement caused by: - thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature variations, - wind sway, - seismic occurrences, and so on. Leave a gap between your floor and the baseboard or wall when putting laminate or hardwood flooring. The expansion gap is a space that allows the laminate or wood floor to expand or shrink. EXPANSION is a word that has a lot of different meanings. Building faces, concrete slabs, expand and contract due to seasonal variation or other heat sources. JOINT or movement joint an assembly designed to safely absorb the heat-induced expansion and contraction of construction materials, to absorb vibration, to hold parts togeth...
