Prestressed Slab

We SCON INFRASTRUCTURE are Leading Manufacturers, Suppliers, Providers, Contractors and Services of Prestressed slab. Prestressed slabs are concrete components with a constant cross-section that have been prestressed. High tensile strength prestressed strands or single wire inserted into the element are used to make them. These elements are made with our Slipformer or Wet Casting machines, which cast an element continuously on a lengthy production bed without the use of formwork. The capacity to modify the concrete element size and prestressed steel wire arrangement according to the element technical standards. The concrete components are semi-self-supporting and only require minor assistance during installation. Floors with a high fire resistance may be made by selecting different thicknesses for the lowest section of the element. It is feasible to generate resistant ribs in an orthogonal direction to the floor by removing certain in-fill blocks and filling the section to form solid ends to improve shear strength.

Changing the appropriate sections of the casting machine's forming insert to adjust the height and thickness of the concrete elements is a straightforward and rapid procedure. The element's lower surface is smooth, as it was cast on a steel casting bed. In most cases, this surface may be left unpainted or simply painted. Only a final smoothing is required in residential applications, resulting in significant cost savings. We SCON INFRASTRUCTURE are deeply engaged in offering a wide array of Prestressed Slabs to our valuable Clients located in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and all over India.

Architectural Expansion Joints

Architectural Expansion Joints We  SCON INFRASTRUCTURE   are Leading Manufacturers, Suppliers, Providers, Contractors, and Services of  Architectural Expansion Joints . An expansion joint is a mid-structure separation in building construction that is meant to alleviate stress on building materials produced by building movement caused by: - thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature variations, - wind sway, - seismic occurrences, and so on. Leave a gap between your floor and the baseboard or wall when putting laminate or hardwood flooring. The expansion gap is a space that allows the laminate or wood floor to expand or shrink. EXPANSION is a word that has a lot of different meanings. Building faces, concrete slabs, expand and contract due to seasonal variation or other heat sources. JOINT or movement joint an assembly designed to safely absorb the heat-induced expansion and contraction of construction materials, to absorb vibration, to hold parts togeth...

Rock Anchoring

Rock Anchoring We  SCON INFRASTRUCTURE   are Leading Manufacturers, Suppliers, Providers, Contractors and Services of  Rock Anchoring . To comprehend the notion of rock anchoring, one must first understand what rock anchors are. A rock anchor is a high-strength steel tendon with a stressing anchoring on one end and a method of transmitting force to the grout and rock on the other. A hole of the correct length and diameter is bored, and the rock anchor tendon is inserted and secured to the rock. To perform a successful rock anchoring, certain factors must be considered, such as the service life of an anchor, the design load per anchor, the type of soil and rock encountered with respect to depth, undrained shear strength and bulk density at various depths, and rock permeability, among others. The primary goal of rock anchoring is to strengthen the foundation of a building and prevent it from shifting. Several variables, including hydrostatic pressure, wind loads, and...
