Prestressed slabs are concrete components with a constant cross-section that have been prestressed. High tensile strength prestressed strands or single wire inserted into the element are used to make them. These elements are made with our Slipformer or Wet Casting machines, which cast an element continuously on a lengthy production bed without the use of formwork. The capacity to modify the concrete element size and prestressed steel wire arrangement according to the element technical standards. The concrete components are semi-self-supporting and only require minor assistance during installation. Floors with a high fire resistance may be made by selecting different thicknesses for the lowest section of the element.
