Rubber Bridge Bearings

We SCON INFRASTRUCTURE are Leading Manufacturers, Suppliers, Providers, Contractors, and Services of Rubber Bridge Bearings. Rubber Bridge Bearing is made up of one or more interior layers of elastomer attached to internal steel laminates that are formed as a single unit in a mold and vulcanized under heat and pressure to accommodate the superstructure's translation or rotation through elastic deformation. In order to have a low crystallization rate and acceptable shelf life, the basic elastomer utilized in Bearings is poly-Chloroprene, any of the following brands: Neoprene WRT, Bayprene 110, Skyprene B 5, and Denka S-40V. The Poly Chloreprene concentration in the Bearing must not be less than 60%, and the ash content must be less than 5%. Rubber Bridge Bearings are the most cost-effective option for large span bridges and buildings.

The interior construction is a molded sandwich of mild steel shims and rubber. Vertical load compresses elastomeric bearing pads, allowing for horizontal rotation and lateral shear movement. 1MT is equal to 10 KN. The bearing's design load is equal to 10 M Pa. The bearing's shear modulus must be between 0.8 and 1.2 M Pa. The bearing's ultimate compressive strength must be more than 60 M Pa. Dimensions can also be customized to meet specific needs. We SCON INFRASTRUCTURE are deeply engaged in offering a wide array of Rubber Bridge Bearings to our valuable Clients located in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and all over India.

Architectural Expansion Joints

Architectural Expansion Joints We  SCON INFRASTRUCTURE   are Leading Manufacturers, Suppliers, Providers, Contractors, and Services of  Architectural Expansion Joints . An expansion joint is a mid-structure separation in building construction that is meant to alleviate stress on building materials produced by building movement caused by: - thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature variations, - wind sway, - seismic occurrences, and so on. Leave a gap between your floor and the baseboard or wall when putting laminate or hardwood flooring. The expansion gap is a space that allows the laminate or wood floor to expand or shrink. EXPANSION is a word that has a lot of different meanings. Building faces, concrete slabs, expand and contract due to seasonal variation or other heat sources. JOINT or movement joint an assembly designed to safely absorb the heat-induced expansion and contraction of construction materials, to absorb vibration, to hold parts togeth...

Rock Anchoring

Rock Anchoring We  SCON INFRASTRUCTURE   are Leading Manufacturers, Suppliers, Providers, Contractors and Services of  Rock Anchoring . To comprehend the notion of rock anchoring, one must first understand what rock anchors are. A rock anchor is a high-strength steel tendon with a stressing anchoring on one end and a method of transmitting force to the grout and rock on the other. A hole of the correct length and diameter is bored, and the rock anchor tendon is inserted and secured to the rock. To perform a successful rock anchoring, certain factors must be considered, such as the service life of an anchor, the design load per anchor, the type of soil and rock encountered with respect to depth, undrained shear strength and bulk density at various depths, and rock permeability, among others. The primary goal of rock anchoring is to strengthen the foundation of a building and prevent it from shifting. Several variables, including hydrostatic pressure, wind loads, and...
