Stay Cable

We SCON INFRASTRUCTURE are Leading Manufacturers, Suppliers, Providers, Contractors and Services of Stay Cable. The cables do this by channeling, or spreading, the structure's weight – and the resulting "live loads" – via another structural element, such as a bridge pylon. When it comes to fulfilling the growing need for long-span constructions, cable-stayed bridges, for example, offer a lot of promise. Their major advantages are greater aerodynamic stability, lower abutment costs, quicker, easier construction, and lighter overall constructions. The stay cable system, on the other hand, is the most essential component in assuring the durability and performance of a cable-stayed bridge.

One or more towers (or pylons) support the bridge deck on a cable-stayed bridge. The cables or stays that run directly from the tower to the deck, producing a fan-like design or a series of parallel lines, are a distinguishing characteristic. In contrast, the cables that hold the deck of a contemporary suspension bridge are suspended vertically from the main cable, which is anchored at both ends of the bridge and runs between the towers. The cable-stayed bridge is best suited for spans that are longer than those of cantilever bridges but shorter than those of suspension bridges. This is the range in which cantilever bridges would become significantly heavier and suspension bridge cabling would become more expensive. We SCON INFRASTRUCTURE are deeply engaged in offering a wide array of Stay Cable to our valuable Clients located in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and all over India.

Architectural Expansion Joints

Architectural Expansion Joints We  SCON INFRASTRUCTURE   are Leading Manufacturers, Suppliers, Providers, Contractors, and Services of  Architectural Expansion Joints . An expansion joint is a mid-structure separation in building construction that is meant to alleviate stress on building materials produced by building movement caused by: - thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature variations, - wind sway, - seismic occurrences, and so on. Leave a gap between your floor and the baseboard or wall when putting laminate or hardwood flooring. The expansion gap is a space that allows the laminate or wood floor to expand or shrink. EXPANSION is a word that has a lot of different meanings. Building faces, concrete slabs, expand and contract due to seasonal variation or other heat sources. JOINT or movement joint an assembly designed to safely absorb the heat-induced expansion and contraction of construction materials, to absorb vibration, to hold parts togeth...

Rock Anchoring

Rock Anchoring We  SCON INFRASTRUCTURE   are Leading Manufacturers, Suppliers, Providers, Contractors and Services of  Rock Anchoring . To comprehend the notion of rock anchoring, one must first understand what rock anchors are. A rock anchor is a high-strength steel tendon with a stressing anchoring on one end and a method of transmitting force to the grout and rock on the other. A hole of the correct length and diameter is bored, and the rock anchor tendon is inserted and secured to the rock. To perform a successful rock anchoring, certain factors must be considered, such as the service life of an anchor, the design load per anchor, the type of soil and rock encountered with respect to depth, undrained shear strength and bulk density at various depths, and rock permeability, among others. The primary goal of rock anchoring is to strengthen the foundation of a building and prevent it from shifting. Several variables, including hydrostatic pressure, wind loads, and...
